Abstract

質量%で、C:0.10~0.20%、Si:0.05~1.0%、Mn:0.05~1.5%、Cr:1.0~2.0%、Mo:0.05~2.0%、Al:0.10%以下およびTi:0.002~0.05%を含有し、かつ、下記の式(1)で求められるCeqの値が0.65以上であり、残部がFeおよび不純物からなり、不純物中のPが0.025%以下、Sが0.010%以下、Nが0.007%以下およびBが0.0003%未満であり、かつ粒径が1μm以上のM23C6系析出物(Mは金属元素)の単位面積あたりの個数が0.1個/mm2以下であることを特徴とする低合金鋼。この発明は、低合金鋼の焼入れ性および靭性を確保して耐硫化物応力腐食割れ性を向上させる。   Ceq=C+(Mn/6)+(Cr+Mo+V)/5・・・・(1)  但し、(1)式中のC、Mn、Cr、MoおよびVは、それぞれの元素の質量%を示す。
