Abstract

 基地局装置に設けられ、位置登録エリアと自装置との関連付けを上位の基地局制御装置に行わせる手段と、上記基地局制御装置に設けられ、上記基地局装置と関連付けられた位置登録エリアに、移動局装置が進入・出現もしくは退出・消滅することを監視し、いずれか少なくとも一つの移動局装置が進入・出現した場合に上記基地局装置をサービス状態に移行させ、全ての移動局装置が退出・消滅した場合に上記基地局装置を無線部停止状態に移行させる手段とを備える。
