Abstract

　ユーザにとって必要性の高い情報を、ナビ装置を通じて当該ユーザに対して提供することができるナビサーバ等を提供する。 　ナビサーバ１００において、第１支援処理部１１０によりナビ装置２００が搭載されている自動車２の現在位置ｐ1等と、指定カテゴリと、ナビ装置２００を識別するためのナビ識別情報とが認識される。第２支援処理部１２０により、第１支援処理部１１０による認識結果に基づき、自動車２の現在位置ｐ1等に基づいて定まる地理条件を満たす位置情報と、指定カテゴリを表すカテゴリ情報との両方に関連付けられているコミュニティ情報がコミュニティデータベース１０２から検索される。そして、当該検索情報が指定コミュニティ情報として当該ナビ識別情報により識別されるナビ装置２００に提供される。
