Abstract

 PINダイオードの特性パラメータのばらつきを吸収し、所望のリミッティング特性が得られる高周波リミッタを提供するため、下部導体部13及び上部導体部14の内部に、外部台座15とキャビティ34による外部半同軸共振器を構成し、外部台座15の内壁と内部台座16及びポスト17とによって内部半同軸共振器を構成し、ポスト17と内部台座16との間にPINダイオード18を接合する。この共振器部とそれに接続する導波管との間に共振窓11,12を設ける。そして外部台座15のキャビティ34に対する突出量x、及び外部台座15の内部に対するポスト17の挿入量yを独立に調整可能とする。さらに各共振部10、20の間に隔壁30を設けて結合孔60を形成し、隣り合う共振部10、20の電磁界を偶モード結合とすることで、結合孔60に低域通過特性を持たせる。これにより不要な共振モードの発生を抑圧し、遮断特性の広帯域化を実現する。
