Abstract

 本発明の方法は、細胞壁を備える細胞(1)に外来物質(3)を導入する方法である。この方法は、少なくとも1種の細胞壁分解酵素を担持したカーボンナノチューブ(2)を用意すること、前記細胞(1)を含む処理液中に細胞壁分解酵素担持カーボンナノチューブ(2)及び導入対象である外来物質(3)を供給すること、前記細胞(1)に接触したカーボンナノチューブ(2)の有する細胞壁分解酵素の作用によって該細胞(1)の細胞壁を分解すること、および、細胞壁が分解された部位より細胞(1)内に目的の外来物質(3)が導入されることを包含する。
