Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Verschleißring für Zweizylinder-Dickstoffpumpen. Der Verschleißring (44) weist eine mit mindestens einer im Umriss kreisförmigen Öffnung (50) versehene Tragstruktur (46) sowie mehrere in Umfangsrichtung der Öffnung (50) unter Bildung einer ringförmig geschlossenen ebenen Dichtfläche (52) über Stoßfugen (54) aneinander anschließende, mit der Tragstruktur (46) stoffschlüssig verbundene Ringsegmente (48) aus verschleißfestem Material auf. Erfindungsgemäß weisen die Ringsegmente (48) an ihren die Stoßfugen (54) begrenzenden Stoßkanten paarweise zueinander komplementäre, in Umfangsrichtung formschlüssig ineinander greifenden Kantenpartien (56, 58) auf. Ein weiteres Erfindungsmerkmal besteht darin, dass die Ringsegmente (48) einen L-förmigen Querschnitt aufweisen. Die erfindungsgemäßen Verschleißringe (44) können gleichermaßen in der Brillenplatte (32) und als Schneidring (32) einer Rohrweiche (18) für Zweizylinder-Dickstoffpumpen verwendet werden.
