Abstract

L'invention concerne un moulin oscillant comportant un arbre vertical supporté au niveau de son extrémité inférieure pour la rotation, et des palettes montées sur des extrémités respectives de tiges reliées de manière fonctionnelle à l'arbre vertical, les panneaux étant articulés de manière à toujours présenter une surface perpendiculaire à la direction du vent touchant l'une desdites palettes. Un dispositif permettant de faire passer lesdites palettes d'une position formant sensiblement un angle droit avec la direction du vent à une position parallèle à la direction dudit vent est prévu. Un système de génération est également prévu, composé de pales oscillantes reliées de manière à entraîner deux ou plus de deux générateurs au moyen de bras reliés à l'arbre vertical, les bras supportant un segment à roue dentée engrenant un pignon d'entraînement relié de manière fonctionnelle soit à une roue dentée, soit à une roue lisse, présentant toutes les deux un diamètre supérieur à celui du pignon d'entraînement, la roue dentée ou la roue lisse étant reliée de manière fonctionnelle à deux ou plus de deux générateurs.
