Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé de production d'alumine avec de la bauxite de qualité moyenne et basse. Ce procédé est caractérisé par le fait que la digestion du procédé de Bayer est effectuée par addition du reste de désalumination comme additif au lieu de la chaux dans de la bauxite de qualité moyenne et basse pendant le procédé de Bayer ; la boue rouge après la digestion du procédé de Bayer est soumise à un lavage inverse, puis mélangée avec une liqueur alcaline de recyclage, digérée après l'addition de chaux, et la boue rouge résultante est déchargée après sa séparation, une partie de la solution résultante est utilisée pour effectuer un lavage inverse de la boue rouge obtenue par la digestion du procédé de Bayer, puis complétée par un alcali après qu'elle est envoyée au système de procédé de Bayer, le résidu de désalumination et la liqueur alcaline de recyclage pour le traitement par voie humide de la boue rouge obtenue par le procédé de Bayer sont obtenus après que la chaux est ajoutée dans une autre fraction de la solution résultante, et le résidu de désalumination, c'est-à-dire l'aluminate hydrate de calcium, comme additif, est ajouté à la digestion du procédé de Bayer au lieu de la chaux. Le procédé est un procédé de traitement par voie humide, il est approprié pour de la bauxite de qualité moyenne et basse, et il présente des avantages de simplicité, de faible consommation d'énergie, de faible consommation d'alcali, de rendement élevé d'alumine, de niveau élevé d'utilisation des ressources, d'une faible décharge de boue rouge et d'une utilisation complète de la boue rouge.
