Abstract
使用ガス量が変化する器具の誤登録による誤遮断を防止する目的とする。 個別流量登録保持部において、流量の増減により削除された登録流量を保持し、再度、新規流量が登録されるときに保持している流量もしくは保持した流量との足し合わせた流量と判定を行い、同一とみなした場合に、保持していた流量を再度登録する。
