Abstract

 プロペラファンでは、ベルマウスと翼端との間に隙間があり、この隙間を通じて翼正圧面から翼負圧面に向けて漏れ流れが生じる。この漏れ流れは、各羽根の前縁から後縁に向かうにつれて発達して翼端渦を形成し、吹出し騒音の上昇とファンモータ入力の増加の原因となる。このような漏れ流れによる翼端渦の発生を抑制することを目的として、本発明では、各羽根の翼面のうち翼端に対応する部分に、谷及び山の繰り返しを形成している。
