Abstract

L'invention porte sur une composition de caoutchouc d'hydrure de nitrile qui présente d'excellentes propriétés de protection contre les gaz et permet de supprimer l'usure dans une partie d'étanchéité. La composition de caoutchouc hydrure de nitrile est ainsi utilisée de façon appropriée comme matière pour un élément d'étanchéité. De façon spécifique, l'invention porte sur une composition de caoutchouc obtenue par incorporation par mélange d'au moins du noir de carbone, du graphite et de fibres de carbone dans un caoutchouc d'hydrure de nitrile ne contenant pas moins de 40 % mais pas plus de 48 % de liaisons acrylonitrile. Cette composition de caoutchouc est caractérisée par le fait que la quantité totale de noir de carbone, graphite et fibres de carbone incorporés par mélange n'est pas inférieure 110 parties en poids, mais non supérieure à 135 parties en poids par rapport à 100 parties en poids du caoutchouc d'hydrure de nitrile.
