Abstract

La présente demande est relative au contrôle de la fertilité de l'être humain de sexe masculin. Les inventeurs démontrent que la protéine SPATA16 est nécessaire à la formation de l'acrosome des spermatozoïdes humaines et à ce titre, proposent des moyens pour la contraception de l'être humain de sexe masculin, et des moyens pour le diagnostic et Ie pronostic d'une tératozoospermie, plus particulièrement d'une globozoospermie.
