Abstract

L'invention vise à produire un module de membrane à fibres creuses à partir de fibres creuses de polysulfone. En effet, l'utilisation d'une résine de polyuréthane classique donne une pièce d'étanchéité ondulée, et une résine qui est seulement efficace pour empêcher l'ondulation présente une dureté trop élevée ou mouille les membranes à fibres creuses sur une longueur plus importante, ce qui est un problème. Afin de pallier à ceci, l'invention propose d'utiliser un prépolymère à terminaison isocyanate qui présente une concentration de groupe uréthane allant de 0,43 à 0,65 mmol/g et qui est modifié avec un polyol dérivé de l'huile de ricin présentant une valeur hydroxyle allant de 45 à 90 KOH-mg/g et un durcisseur d'huile de ricin pour l'étanchéité. Il est ainsi possible d'obtenir un module de membrane à fibres creuses dans lequel la résine d'étanchéité présente une dureté située dans une gamme appropriée, une longueur de mouillage réduite, et qui ne forme pas d'ondulations.
