Abstract

[課題]　被梱包物の搬送ラインを直線方向に並べることができ、設置スペースが小さくてすみ、しかも、全体の構造を簡略化でき、さらに、バンド案内アーチ内へのバンド供給を確実に行うことができ、連続的な梱包作業を行うことが可能な自動バンド掛け梱包機およびその自動バンド掛け梱包システムを提供する。 [解決手段]　被梱包物が通過する上面テーブルを有する梱包機本体と、上面テーブル上方に、被梱包物の通過方向に対して平行な方向に、相互に離間して配置された一対の垂直バンド案内アーチと、被梱包物の通過方向に対して平行な方向に、上面テーブル上方に配置された水平バンド案内アーチとを備え、一対の垂直バンド案内アーチが、被梱包物の通過方向に対して直交する方向に、水平バンド案内アーチから離間した位置である待機位置と、水平バンド案内アーチと連通した連通位置との間で位置移動自在に構成されている。
