Abstract

【課題】金属ガラスと結晶金属との突き合わせ面から金属ガラス側へ高エネルギービーム走査域をシフトする溶接によって接合するに当たって、溶接界面に形成される溶融部の組成を、より簡便で確実に、金属ガラス基材のガラス相形成のために必要な組成範囲とするための溶接方法の提供。 【解決手段】結晶金属2側の開先の上端部に開先空間Yを形成し、金属ガラス1と結晶金属2を当接して、当接面から金属ガラス1側にシフトして、電子ビーム溶接を行い、結晶金属側の上端部の開先空間Yを含む広い領域の上端溶融部41から下方に向かって細くなって下面に至る下方溶融部42からなり、非晶質の金属ガラスとなる組成を有する溶融部4を形成する。
