Abstract

Selon l'invention, un transmetteur inductif à liaison enfichable comprend - une âme en ferrite (3) d'une longueur axiale d1, - une bobine primaire (1) posée sur l'âme en ferrite (3) et dont la longueur axiale de l'enroulement est d2, - une bobine secondaire (11) dont la longueur axiale d'enroulement est d3, l'unité (1, 3) d'âme en ferrite et de bobine primaire pouvant être insérée symétriquement dans le sens radial et axialement dans une position de consigne de transfert (P1) dans laquelle l'âme en ferrite (3) déborde axialement de la bobine secondaire (11) par son extrémité libre (4) enfoncée à travers la bobine secondaire, - une position de l'âme en ferrite axialement symétrique par rapport au bobinage secondaire, - des longueurs axiales de l'âme en ferrite (3), de la bobine primaire (1) et de la bobine secondaire (11) échelonnées selon la relation d1 > d3 > d2, - un positionnement déplacé axialement de manière asymétrique de la bobine primaire (1) sur l'âme en ferrite (3) en direction de son extrémité libre (4) - et un positionnement de la bobine primaire (1) dans la position de consigne de transfert (P1) à l'intérieur de la bobine secondaire (11) tel que la bobine primaire (1) déborde axialement de la bobine secondaire (11) sur une longueur partielle avec un débord d4 < d2.
