Abstract

 本発明は、高音質な符号化列を出力する信号処理装置及び信号処理方法、並びにプログラムを提供する。本発明の実施の一形態による信号処理装置は、フレームの信号成分の正規化係数情報と1次追加信号成分の正規化係数情報とを正規化係数情報1次増減量に応じて修正する正規化係数情報増減回路12と、1次追加信号成分を複製した2次追加信号成分の正規化係数情報を正規化係数情報2次増減量に応じて修正する追加信号成分正規化係数情報増減回路14とを備える。
