Abstract

L'invention concerne un gant, en particulier un gant de travail, pour examen médical ou pour opération chirurgicale, comprenant un corps homogène, de préférence en un matériau élastique, étanche au liquide, par exemple, en caoutchouc ou en PVC mou, ledit corps présentant une partie main (1) et une manchette (2) se raccordant à la partie main, au moins un élément de préhension (4) étant prévu sur la manchette (2), caractérisé en ce que l'élément de préhension peut, lorsque le gant est mis, être saisi de l'extérieur, et en ce que le module d'élasticité en traction du matériau constituant l'élément de préhension est supérieur à 10 MPa, ou bien présente une valeur double du matériau constituant la manchette. De préférence, l'élément de préhension (4) se présente généralement sous forme de bande, de languette ou de patte, et forme avec le bord (3) de la manchette, un angle de 30° à 150°, de préférence de 45° à 135°, et présente au moins une fixation à ajustement serré (5) directement sur le bord (3) ou au voisinage immédiat du bord (3) de la manchette ou sur la partie intérieure du gant.
