Abstract

Ein Brenner mit einem Einlauf (10) und einer Mischstrecke (20) ist so ausgebildet, dass der Einlauf (10) einen rechteckigen Querschnitt hat. Die sich daran anschließende Mischstrecke (20) hat einen runden Querschnitt und einen größeren Durchmesser, so dass vier Übergangsstufen (25) gebildet werden. Die Übergangs stufen (25) bewirken die Ausbildung von vier Sekundärwirbeln, wodurch die Verteilung des Brennstoffs in radialer Richtung verbessert wird. Der Brenner bewirkt eine schadstoffarme Verbrennung mit niedriger Stickoxidemission.
