 Nビットアナログデジタル変換(Nは自然数)を行うアナログデジタル変換セルであって、複数の基準電圧を基にアナログ入力信号VIを比較し、前記アナログ入力信号VIの大きさに応じて2N+1以上かつ2N+1-1以下であるQ値の第1のデジタルコードDAを出力する比較回路(202)と、定数KAが1<KA<2の条件を満たす小数であり、DB0が定数であり、前記第1のデジタルコードDAを基にDB=DA×KA+DB0で表されるQ値の第2のデジタルコードDBを出力する第1のロジック演算回路(203)と、A及びVRが定数であり、前記第1のデジタルコードDA及び前記アナログ入力信号VIを基に、VO=A×(VI-DA×KA×(VR/A))で表されるアナログ出力信号VOを出力するアナログ演算回路(201)とを有することを特徴とするアナログデジタル変換セルが提供される。
