Abstract

 圧縮機構の強度と剛性を高めつつ、焼付きを防止することが目的とされる。スクロール圧縮機(1)は、圧縮機構(15)を備える。圧縮機構(15)は、固定スクロール(24)と可動スクロール(26)とを有し、冷媒を圧縮する。固定スクロール(24)と可動スクロール(26)とで用いられる材質が互いに異なる。具体的には、固定スクロール(24)及び可動スクロール(26)のいずれか一方は、半溶融ダイキャスト法によって鋳鉄を成形した成形品である。そして他方は、ねずみ鋳鉄品である。ねずみ鋳鉄品には、引張強さが250N/mm2以上300N/mm2未満のものが採用できる。
