Abstract
Bei einem Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Welle (1), insbesondere der Antriebswelle einer Küchenmaschine, mit einer endseitigen, keilwellenartigen Verzahnung (3), welche mit einer komplementär ausgeformten Kupplung (2) in formschlüssigen Eingriff bringbar ist, wird die Verzahnung durch spanende Bearbeitung der Antriebswelle mittels eines Fräser (10) gefertigt. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, der Fräser (10) im Wesentlichen aus radialer Richtung bezogen auf die Längsachse der Welle an die Welle (1) angreift. Mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren kann auf einfache Weise eine symmetrischere Verzahnung (3) der Welle (1) geschaffen werden. Durch die Erfindung kann eine Küchenmaschine mit einem besonders vibrationsarmen und ruhigen Lauf bereitgestellt werden.
