Abstract

On vise à proposer un procédé de production d'une solution enzymatique par lequel une solution enzymatique surnageant de culture ayant une activité cellulase élevée et présentant une sélectivité élevée pour les cello-oligosaccharides peut être obtenue de façon sûre dans une quantité importante dans la production sélective de cellobiose à un rendement élevé par digestion enzymatique d'une matière de départ à base de cellulose en présence de cellulases ; et un procédé de production d'un cello-oligosaccharide à l'aide de la solution enzymatique comme décrit ci-dessus. Autrement dit, l'invention porte sur un procédé de production d'une solution enzymatique contenant de la cellulase qui comprend la culture d'un microorganisme du genre Trichoderma dans un milieu liquide contenant un composant issu de semences d'une plante de la famille des Malavaceae.
