Pour permettre l'actionnement avec une seule main, avec les doigts de la main, le dispositif d'encliquetage, fixé sur une bande de ceinture, est conçu de façon actionnée par ressort de manière à pivoter unilatéralement, et un peigne denté est disposé sur l'extrémité ressort libre, ledit peigne denté faisant face à la denture de la bande dentée et pouvant être amené sélectivement en prise ou hors prise avec la bande dentée.
