Abstract

Dans l'art antérieur de la présente invention, de nombreux copeaux sont formés au niveau de l'extrémité avant de la partie filetée d'un boulon fixé dans un écrou lors du montage d'essai d'une porte de voiture au moyen de boulons sur une carrosserie de voiture peinte par électrodéposition. Les copeaux sont projetés vers la périphérie, adhérant ainsi aux surfaces de la porte ou de la carrosserie de voiture, en provoquant ainsi des défauts de qualité de peinture à l'étape de peinture ultérieure. L'invention porte sur un boulon (1) incluant une tête (1a) et une partie filetée (1c) s'étendant à partir de la tête (1a). Le boulon (1) comporte un trou traversant (1e) formé pour s'étendre dans la direction axiale de celui-ci depuis l'extrémité de la tête (1a) jusqu'à l'extrémité de la partie filetée (1c). Ainsi, les copeaux qui sont produits à proximité de l'extrémité avant de la partie filetée (1c) du boulon (1) lors de la fixation d'un écrou (2a) au boulon (1) peuvent être aspirés et récupérés par le trou traversant (1e), de sorte qu'ils ne peuvent pas voler vers la périphérie.
