Abstract

　省エネルギ化を図りながらリボン状体１３を高能率かつ高精度で被巻回体３１に問題なく巻き付ける。 　供給源１６から供給されたリボン状体１３を、ドーナツ状をした回転する被巻回体３１に巻付けるにあたり、被巻回体３１の外表面から離れて設置された回転可能な第１ガイドローラ５７を、移動手段６０によって被巻回体３１の外表面に沿って子午線方向に平行移動させるとともに、回動手段６４によってその回転軸線の延在方向が被巻回体３１の外表面に対する接線に近似するよう回動させる一方、第１ガイドローラ５７の移動軌跡を含む平面に垂直でかつ第１ガイドローラ５７を通過する直線上に配置され、その回転軸線が供給源１６から被巻回体３１に向かって延びるリボン状体１３の幅方向に延びる第２ガイドローラ７１を、移動手段６０により第１ガイドローラ５７と一体的に平行移動させているとき、供給源１６から供給されたリボン状体１３を第２、第１ガイドローラ７１、５７に順序で次々と接触させた後、被巻回体３１の外表面に供給する。
