Abstract

本発明は、無機微粒子分散ペースト組成物のバインダー樹脂として用いた場合に、焼結後の残留炭素が少なく、低温雰囲気下であっても脱脂処理が可能なバインダー樹脂を提供することを目的とする。更に、本発明は、該バインダー樹脂を用いて得られるビヒクル組成物及び無機微粒子分散ペースト組成物を提供することを目的とする。 本発明は、無機微粒子を含有する無機微粒子分散ペースト組成物に用いるバインダー樹脂であって、メチルメタクリレートに由来するセグメント、イソブチルメタクリレートに由来するセグメント、及び、ポリオキシアルキレンエーテルモノメタクリレートに由来するセグメントを有し、メチルメタクリレートに由来するセグメントを5重量%以上、55重量%以下、イソブチルメタクリレートに由来するセグメントを30重量%以上、80重量%以下、及び、ポリオキシアルキレンエーテルモノメタクリレートに由来するセグメントを5重量%以上、20重量%以下含有するバインダー樹脂である。
