Abstract

Disclosed are a packing film manufacturing method and a packing film. The method includes the first process of forming a first sheet by simultaneously performing co-extrusion the first film layer, the second PP film layer, and the first PE film layer, and the second process of extrusion-laminating the top surface of the PE film layer of the first sheet with the bottom surface of the second PE film layer of the second sheet. The material cost and the manufacturing process is reduced due to the removal of an adhesive to lower the manufacturing cost. A self-adhesive strength between films is adjusted by regulating a self-adhesive strength of the second PP film layer, a self-adhesive strength of the first PE film layer, and an extrusion pressure to reduce the material cost and the manufacturing cost. A tamper-proof function is provided.
