Abstract

 点灯装置は、両端にフィラメントを有する複数の熱陰極ランプを点灯させるための点灯回路と、前記複数の熱陰極ランプのそれぞれのフィラメントを予熱するための予熱回路と、前記複数の熱陰極ランプの一方のフィラメント近傍に配置される少なくとも一つの第一の回路基板と、前記複数の熱陰極ランプの他方のフィラメント近傍に配置される少なくとも一つの第二の回路基板とを含み、前記点灯回路は、前記第一の回路基板と前記第二の回路基板の何れか一方に実装されていると共に、前記予熱回路は、前記第一の回路基板と前記第二の回路基板とに分割して実装または配線されている。
