Abstract

Bei einer Haltevorrichtung, die an einer Gebäudewand (12), insbesondere im Sanitärbereich, befestigbar ist, mit einer Befestigungseinrichtung (13), die wenigstens ein an der Gebäudewand (12) befestigbares Befestigungselement (14, 15; 49, 50) aufweist, und mit einem mit dem Befestigungselement (14, 15; 49, 50) gekoppelten, im Wesentlichen parallel zur Gebäudewand (12) ausgerichteten Lagerstab (20) der mit einem im Wesentlichen senkrecht zum Lagerstab (20), ausgerichteten Haltestab (32) zum Halten von Gegenständen oder Ergreifen durch Personen gekoppelt ist, wobei Schwenklagermittel (24) vorgesehen sind, über die der Haltestab (32) um eine im Wesentlichen parallel zur Gebäudewand (12) ausgerichtete Schwenkachse (26) schwenkbar am Lagerstab (20) gelagert ist oder über die der Lagerstab (20) schwenkbar am Befestigungselement (14, 15; 49, 50) gelagert ist, sind die Schwenklagermittel (24, 33, 34, 38, 40) derart ausgebildet, dass ein Verschwenken des Haltestabs (32) um eine senkrecht zur ersten Schwenkachse (26) und im Wesentlichen parallel zur Gebäudewand (12) ausgerichteten zweiten Schwenkachse (39) möglich ist.
