Abstract
L'invention porte sur une micropuce qui empêche l'occurrence de bulles d'air dans un passage de micro-écoulement sur la micropuce et a une précision élevée et une excellente fiabilité, et sur un appareil d'inspection comprenant la micropuce. La micropuce comprend un passage d'écoulement fabriqué et formé sur un substrat, un couvercle lié sur la surface du passage d'écoulement, et une soupape hydrofuge. La micropuce est caractérisée par le fait que le coefficient de perméabilité à l'oxygène du substrat et du couvercle n'est de pas plus de 3 x 10-14 cm3 (STP)cm/(cm2·sec·Pa) à 23°C/RH à 90 %.
