Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'extraction d'hydrocarbures à partir de sables comprenant: la mise à disposition de sables contenant des hydrocarbures; le mélange des sables contenant des hydrocarbures avec de l'eau ; le chauffage de l'eau avant, pendant, ou après le mélange avec les sables contenant des hydrocarbures ; l'accroissement de la pression dans une cuve fermée contenant les hydrocarbures chauffés et le mélange aqueux en présence d'un gaz ou par injection avec un gaz ; la détente de la pression des hydrocarbures chauffés et du mélange aqueux dans la cuve pour créer des microbulles à partir du gaz dissous dans le mélange aqueux ; et la récupération des hydrocarbures à partir de l'eau. Éventuellement, le procédé et sensiblement exempt d'addition d'agents caustiques à l'hydrocarbure et au mélange aqueux.
