Abstract

 工作機械のワーク加工方法を、主軸に装着された工具の先端の位置を連続的に測定する第一の工程(ステップS4)と、測定結果に基づいて工具の先端位置の変位量を算出する第二の工程(ステップS5)と、変位量が予め設定された許容変位量内にある時間を監視する第三の工程(ステップS8)と、変位量が許容変位量内にある時間が、予め設定された範囲時間より短い場合は暖機運転を継続し、範囲時間に達した場合は暖機運転を終了する第四の工程(ステップS9)と、暖機運転が終了した場合にワークの加工を開始する第五の工程(ステップS10)とから構成した。
