Abstract

본 발명은 부가의 위치검출장비를 추가하지 않으면서, 기존의 수치제어(NC) 공작기계의 수치제어(NC) 장치에서 측정된 서보모터(11)의 토크 변화를 관찰하여 토크 정점(peak)에서의 서보머터(11)의 출력축(11a)의 이송량을 계산하여 백래시를 검출함으로써 부가의 장비를 추가하지 않으면서도 정확한 백래시량을 검출할 수 있도록 한다.
