Abstract
このアンモニア合成用素ガスの製造方法では、管3からの軽質炭化水素と、管6からのスチームと、酸素富化空気供給源7からの酸素濃度40~60体積%の酸素富化空気を加熱して1段改質反応器5に導入し、水蒸気改質反応と空気部分酸化反応を同時に行う。ついで、シフト反応器12、脱炭酸器14、メタン化反応器16に通して、一酸化炭素、二酸化炭素を除去し、水素と窒素とのモル比がほぼ3:1のアンモニア合成に適した素ガスを得る。
