Abstract

 分析用途はもちろんのこと、工業生産用としても適用可能な程度の吸着容量と高速処理性とを両立するタンパク吸着材料及びその製造方法を提供することを目的とする。本発明は、高分子基材と、その高分子基材の表面に固定された高分子側鎖と、その高分子側鎖に固定されたタンパク質吸着能を有する官能基と、を含有し、前記高分子側鎖の質量が前記高分子基材の質量に対して5~30%であるタンパク吸着材料を提供する。
