Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren mit Vorrichtung zur schlafmedizinischen Vorabdiagnose und Therapie-Begleitung. Beansprucht werden ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Schlafphasendetektion, bei welcher die Schlafphasen aufgrund einer Atemgeräuschanalyse in drei Schlafphasen Tief, Leicht und Nicht-Leicht-Tief oder in zwei Schlafphasen Tief und Nicht-Tief zerlegt werden. Dabei werden mittels eines Mikrofonsystems Atmungsgeräusche erfasst und nach einem "Neuronalen Spektral-Mittelwert und RMS-Verfahren" zur Schlafphasendetektion eingesetzt.
