Abstract

La présente invention concerne un ensemble d'un moule (14) et d'une traverse (12) de véhicule automobile, la traverse comprenant une partie à surmouler (20) destinée à être placée dans le moule, une partie destinée à être située à l'extérieur du moule et au moins une zone de réception (22, 24) d'une portion de paroi du moule (26, 28), intercalée entre ces deux parties. La portion de paroi du moule et la zone de réception sont de forme essentiellement complémentaire et la traverse présente dans la zone de réception au moins une dénivellation (34, 36) par rapport à une surface de référence suivant le contour général de la traverse. L'invention concerne également une face avant technique de véhicule automobile formant une pièce surmoulée réalisée à l'aide de l'ensemble défini ci-dessus.
