Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zum Übertragen von Druck- und/ oder Prägestrukturen auf ein Sicherheitselement mit einem Druck- oder Prägezylinder (3) und einem Gegendruckzylinder (5). Das Sicherheitselement besteht aus mindestens einem Substrat in Form einer zumindest bereichsweise lichtdurchlässigen Endlos-Folie (1), wobei die Endlos-Folie (1) zwischen dem Druck- oder Prägezylinder (3) und dem Gegendruckzylinder (5) hindurch läuft. Erfindungsgemäß ist in Laufrichtung der Endlos-Folie (1) vor dem Druck- oder Prägezylinder (3) mindestens eine Einschwenkwalze (4) angeordnet, die die Endlos-Folie (1) zu einer Seite hin überdehnt. Hierdurch entsteht eine Schrägstellung der Endlos-Folie (1) in Bezug auf die Achse des Druck- oder Prägezylinders (3).
