Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de contrôle qualité destiné à un immunoessai histochimique. Cet appareil peut comprendre une membrane présentant une première surface et un échantillon de contrôle qualité, notamment une partie à granulés cellulaires. Cet échantillon de contrôle qualité peut être immobilisé sur une surface détachable permettant que l'échantillon de contrôle qualité soit retiré et ensuite collé sur une seconde surface. Dans un exemple de l'invention, cet échantillon de contrôle qualité comprend des cellules témoins, notamment des cellules témoins positives universelles. L'invention concerne également des procédés de préparation et d'utilisation d'un tel dispositif de contrôle qualité. Par exemple, les procédés selon l'invention peuvent consister à immobiliser un échantillon de contrôle qualité sur une première surface, l'échantillon comprenant une partie à granulés cellulaires et la première surface étant une surface détachable.
