Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif tournant sur lui-même autour d'un axe vertical par rapport à l'axe du vent, dans la zone d'action du vent. Après le démarrage initial, les rotors dudit dispositif, produisant l'effet Magnus, fonctionnent en permanence dans une position de production d'énergie, sans consommer d'énergie extérieure.
