Abstract

Die Erfindung zeigt eine Bakteriophagenpräparation mit mindestens einem gegen mindestens einen Bakterienstamm spezifisch wirksamen Bakteriophagen in alkalischer Pufferlösung in Kombination mit mindestens einem oberflächenaktiven Mittel, das vorzugsweise ein im alkalischen Bereich zwischen pH 7,5 und pH 9,0 stabilisiertes Polyhexamethylbiguanid (Polyhexanid) ist. Weiter zeigt die Erfindung die Verwendung einer solchen Bakteriophagenpräparation zur Herstellung eines Arzneimittels, insbesondere für therapeutische, präventive und desinfizierende antibakterielle Anwendung. Schließlich zeigt die Erfindung ein Desinfektionsverfahren unter Verwendung der Bakteriophagenpräparation mit niederfrequentem Ultraschall.
