Definitions
- the present invention relates to a clip for bundling and arranging various tubes.
- a brake system pipe, a clutch operation system pipe, and the like are fixed to the inside of the frame by a resin clip.
- 6 to 8 show a side surface (FIG. 6), a front surface (FIG. 7), and a plan view (FIG. 8: X arrow in FIG. 6) of such a clip 100J.
- the clip 100J has a tube mounting portion 1, a shaft portion 2J, a claw 3J, and a stabilizer 4J.
- the tube mounting portion 1 has a belt-like member 11 and a locking member 12.
- a number of protrusions 11a are formed on the belt-like member 11 in the longitudinal direction of the lower surface in FIG. 6 (see FIG. 8).
- a member to be fixed for example, piping: symbol P in FIG. 9
- the belt-shaped member 11 is wound around the member to be fixed (piping P).
- the tip of the belt member 11 is passed through the locking member 12 and the tip of the belt-like member 11 is pulled. Since the protrusion 11a formed on the belt-like member 11 is engaged with the locking portion 12b (see FIG. 8) of the locking member 12, the belt-like member 11 is fixed in a state of being wound around the member to be fixed (pipe P).
- the stabilizer 4J is formed as a plate-like member having a predetermined width (see FIGS. 7 and 8). As is clear from FIG. 6, the stabilizer 4 ⁇ / b> J is configured to be inclined so as to extend obliquely downward in FIG. 6 from the base of the shaft portion 2 to the tip portion.
- the stabilizer 4J is configured to have a certain degree of elasticity.
- the clip 100J is fixed to the frame 50 (fixed place), and the plate thickness T of the frame 50 is slightly larger than the distance H from the tip of the stabilizer 4J to the upper end of the claw 3J. After the clip 100J is attached to the frame 50, the elastic repulsive force of the stabilizer 4J acts so as to pull the claw 3J toward the stabilizer 4J. Therefore, even if vibration is applied to the frame 50 by the male repulsive force, the entire clip 100J The movement of is restrained.
- the conventional clip needs to prepare several kinds of clips corresponding to the thickness of the mounting position (for example, the frame 50).
- the fact that several types of clips have to be prepared means an increase in the number of types of clips, which not only increases the cost in terms of parts management, but also adds the effort to select the optimal clip for pipe assembly. As a result, work efficiency will deteriorate.
- Patent Document 1 As another conventional technique, a clip having a substantially dish-shaped stabilizer has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
- the plate-shaped stabilizer as in Patent Document 1 has a limited range in which the elastic repulsion can be exerted, so a plurality of types of clips must be prepared for each thickness dimension of the plate-like mounting member. Can not reduce the labor and cost.
- JP 2002-174210 A JP 2002-174210 A
- the present invention has been proposed in view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and a plate-like mounting member (frame) that provides a necessary and sufficient elastic repulsion force during mounting and is the mounting position.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a clip capable of expanding the applicable range of plate thickness.
- the clip of the present invention is made of resin, and has a tube mounting portion (1), a shaft portion (2), and an end portion (22e) opposite to the tube mounting portion (1) of the shaft portion (2). It has the formed claw (3) and the stabilizer (4), and the claw (3) is inserted into the through hole (52) of the plate-like mounting member (frame 50) (the claw 3 is inserted)
- the stabilizer (4) is compressed when the nail 3 is deployed on the side opposite to the side, and has a function of pulling the nail (3) to the stabilizer (4) side by its elastic repulsion (the stabilizer 4),
- the longitudinal section of the stabilizer (4) is formed in a generally “ ⁇ ” shape (claim 1).
- the stabilizer (4) is integrally formed (on the shaft portion 2 of the clip 100), and a portion (first portion 41) on the tube mounting portion side connected to the shaft portion (2). And a claw side portion (second portion 42), and a connection portion (43) between the tube attachment portion side portion and the claw side portion, and the connection portion (43) is a ring with a part missing. (Claim 2).
- the shaft portion (2) and the claw (3) are integrally formed (claim 3).
- the attachment member is a vehicle frame (Claim 4).
- the vehicle is preferably a freight vehicle (claim 5).
- the tube mounting portion (1) has an elongated shape and a strip-shaped member (11) having a large number of projections (11a) formed on one side thereof, and a projection formed on the strip-shaped member. It is preferable to have a locking member (12) to be engaged (Claim 6).
- the longitudinal section of the stabilizer (4) is formed in a generally “ ⁇ ” shape, so that a plate-like mounting member (for example, a freight vehicle frame 50) is formed. Even if the dimension in the thickness direction is increased (thicker), the elastic repulsion of the stabilizer (4) can be exhibited. As a result, the tube as the member to be fixed can be reliably (stable) arranged along the plate-like member (frame 50).
- the elastic repulsive force of the stabilizer (4) is increased even when the thickness direction dimension of the plate-like mounting member (for example, the frame 50 of the freight vehicle) is increased (thicker). Therefore, the applicable range of thickness of the plate-like mounting member (50) is wider than that of the prior art, and different types of clips are provided for each thickness of the plate-like mounting member (50). Need not be prepared. In other words, it is possible to integrate a plurality of types of plate-like mounting members, which conventionally required a plurality of types of clips, into a single clip.
- the clip manufacturing cost can be reduced by integrating a plurality of types of clips conventionally required into a single clip. - claw 3 is comprised by the nail
- claw main body 31 from the front is comprised by the plate-shaped body which has a uniform width
- the arc of the plate-like body is curved so that the front side (the side viewing FIG. 2) in the direction perpendicular to the paper surface of FIG. 2 is convex.
- the lateral dimension L of the claw 3 in FIG. 1 is larger than the diameter of the mounting through hole 52 (see FIGS. 4 and 5) of the plate-like mounting member 50 (for example, the chassis frame of the vehicle: see FIGS. 4 and 5). It is configured.
- the stabilizer 4 is formed integrally with the stabilizer attachment portion 23 of the shaft portion 2, and the stabilizer 4 is connected to the stabilizer attachment portion 23 of the shaft portion 2. Further, the vertical cross section of the stabilizer 4 is formed in a generally “ ⁇ ” shape as is apparent with reference to FIG. 1.
- the stabilizer 4 having a generally “ ⁇ ”-shaped longitudinal section includes a stabilizer mounting portion 23 side portion (first portion) 41, a claw side portion 42 (second portion), a first portion 41, A connection portion 43 with the second portion 42 is provided.
- the connection portion 43 has a shape like an annulus in which a part in the circumferential direction is missing.
- the stabilizer 4 has elasticity as a whole.
- the tip of the claw 3 is inserted into the attachment through hole 52 of the frame 50.
- the lateral dimension L (see FIG. 1) of the claw 3 is configured to be larger than the diameter of the mounting through hole 52 of the frame 50, but the entire stabilizer 4 has elasticity. Is inserted into the mounting through hole 52, the upper end 3t of the claw 3 is elastically deformed radially inward, and the lateral dimension L (see FIG. 1) of the claw 3 is equal to the inner diameter of the mounting through hole 52. Will be equal. As a result, the claw 3 can be inserted into the mounting through hole 52.
- the upper end portion 3t of the claw 3 passes through the through hole 52 and comes out to the opposite surface of the frame 50, the upper end portion 3t of the claw 3 elastically deformed inward in the radial direction has its elastic repulsive force. To restore the original shape.
- the dimension L (FIG. 1) of the claw 3 in the left-right direction is larger than the inner diameter dimension of the mounting through hole 52, so that the clip 100 is prevented from falling off the frame 50 naturally.
- the vertical distance H from the tip 42t to the upper end 3t of the claw is as follows. It is smaller than the plate thickness T. Therefore, when the clip 100 is attached to the frame 50 and the upper end 3t of the claw 3 passes through the through hole 52, the stabilizer 4 is compressed so that the distance H becomes equal to the thickness T of the frame.
- an elastic repulsive force is generated by compressive deformation of the stabilizer 4, and the elastic repulsive force acts to pull the claw 3 toward the stabilizer 4. Since the claw 3 is pulled toward the stabilizer 4 by the elastic repulsive force, the clip 100 is securely fixed to the frame 50 and is not displaced from the fixed position.
- FIG. 5 shows a case where the thickness dimension T of the frame 50 is large.
- the stabilizer 4 is elastically deformed in the state indicated by the dotted line in FIG. 5, and the first portion 41 of the stabilizer 4 and the second portion The portion 42 is substantially parallel.
- the elastic repulsive force of the stabilizer 4 is maintained by the annular connecting portion 43 partially missing. That is, even in the state shown by the dotted line in FIG. 5, the elastic repulsive force of the stabilizer 4 is not lost, and the clip 100 is firmly fixed to the frame 50 by pulling the claw 3 toward the stabilizer 4 by the elastic repulsive force.
- a solid line indicates the stabilizer 4 when the clip 100 is not attached to the frame 50.
- the longitudinal cross section of the stabilizer 4 is formed in a generally “ ⁇ ” shape, and includes a connecting portion 43 having a ring-like shape partially missing. Therefore, even if the dimension in the thickness direction of the frame 50 that is an attachment member is increased (thickened), the elastic repulsion of the stabilizer 4 is not impaired. As a result, the clip 100 can be easily and reliably attached to the frame 50, and the fixed member of the clip 100 can be reliably disposed along the frame 50.
- the thickness dimension of the applicable chassis frame 50 can be reduced. This range is wider than that of the prior art. Therefore, it is not necessary to prepare different types of clips for each thickness dimension of the frame 50.
- a plurality of types of clips are conventionally required for a plurality of types of frames 50 having different thickness dimensions T, but in the illustrated embodiment, they can be integrated into a single clip.
- the clip manufacturing cost can be reduced by integrating a plurality of types of clips conventionally required in a single clip.
- the clip storage space can be reduced by reducing the types of clips.
- the labor for selecting a clip becomes unnecessary, and the labor for manufacturing is reduced. And it leads to shortening of manufacturing time and manufacturing cost.
