Abstract

Un connecteur électrique (1) du type comprenant une partie mâle et une partie femelle (2, 4) s'engageant l'une dans l'autre et formées chacune de contacts électriques interconnectables. Ledit connecteur se caractérise par un moyen de verrouillage (21) disposé sur la partie mâle et mobile entre une première position où il saille latéralement de la partie mâle (2) pour bloquer la partie femelle (4) connectée, et une deuxième position où le moyen de verrouillage est rétracté presqu'entièrement dans la partie mâle et ne bloque plus la partie femelle. Il est également prévu un dispositif (53) attenant à la partie mâle et faisant passer le moyen de verrouillage de la première à la deuxième position. Le connecteur électrique peut être du type HDMI.
