Abstract

L'invention porte sur un dispositif de fabrication d'éléments en pâte (10), de préférence de forme sensiblement sphérique, comportant: une structure porteuse (16), un moyen d'extrusion (12), un moyen de coupe (62) des éléments de pâte sortant du moyen d'extrusion; et un moyen de moulage (14, 114), fixé à la structure porteuse (16) et conçu pour recevoir la pâte du moyen d'extrusion (12) et lui conférer une forme sensiblement sphérique. Le moyen de moulage (14, 114) comporte une filière (52) et au moins un rouleau tournant (50; 150) entre lesquels un passage (53; 153) est créé. Les éléments en pâte sont retournés sur eux même dans le passage pour prendre une forme sensiblement sphérique.
