Abstract

Der Thermogenerator weist zwischen zwei Wärmeleitschichten (11, 21) und einer aktiven Wand (12) aus thermoelektrischen Elementen (13p, 13n) Barriereschichten (16, 22) auf. Die Barriereschichten müssen eine elektrische Isolierung bewirken, jedoch eine gute thermische Leitfähigkeit haben. Erfindungsgemäß bestehen die Barriereschichten (16, 22) aus Emaille. Die Emaille verbindet sich gut mit dem Werkstoff des Innenrohres (10) bzw. des Außenrohres (20). Sie kann in dünner Schicht erzeugt werden.
