Abstract
Outil d'emboutissage (1) pour le formage et le refroidissement d'une pièce en acier à partir d'un flan (6), l'outil comprenant : - au moins un poinçon (2); et - au moins une matrice (3); le poinçon et la matrice comprenant chacun : - au moins une première partie (21, 31) correspondant à une zone chaude (11) de l'outil d'emboutissage; et - au moins une deuxième partie (22, 32) correspondant à une zone froide (12) de l'outil d'emboutissage; dans la zone froide, la deuxième partie du poinçon et la deuxième partie de la matrice venant au contact du flan quand l'outil d'emboutissage est fermé; et caractérisé en ce que, dans la zone chaude de l'outil d'emboutissage sont prévus des moyens de chauffe aptes à porter cette zone chaude à une température au-dessus d'environ 400°C; et en ce que dans la zone chaude, une distance (L) en sus d'une épaisseur flan (e) est prévue entre le poinçon et la matrice quand l'outil d'emboutissage est fermé, est liée à la température (T) de la zone chaude et est donnée par la formule : T = 100.(6 - L), avec L > 0,2 et 400 ≤ T < 600; L étant exprimé en mm et T en °C.
