Abstract
La présente invention concerne une configuration (600), dont tous les composants sont portables par l’homme, pour supporter des panneaux composites économiques (100) qui protègent des biens contre une force extérieure et des impacts provoqués par des projectiles aériens. Un module de châssis empilable en forme de boîte (1400) supporte des panneaux minces (100) le long de l’axe longitudinal du châssis (1300). De multiples châssis (1400) sont reliés pour construire une barrière de protection, telle qu’une paroi (1500). Les panneaux (100) peuvent être composés d’un béton à base de ciment portland à très haute résistance avec un côté, les deux côtés ou les deux côtés et tous les angles revêtus d'un matériau élastique, la combinaison de ceux-ci réduisant considérablement la pénétration de projectiles. Un panneau (100) peut être revêtu avec un matériau élastique spécialement conçu (103) comprenant de multiples couches, chaque couche étant composée d’un matériau élastique (103) d'épaisseur ou de type différent. Le matériau élastique (103) peut comprendre un matériau de renfort tel qu’un tissu tissé à partir de fibres à haute résistance COTS disponibles. Les panneaux (100) peuvent être fabriqués en utilisant des moyens de base disponibles en zones rurales. L’invention concerne également un procédé d’installation.
