Abstract
Description
前記一対の封止膜はエチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体を含み、第一の封止膜はエチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体100質量部に対して水酸化マグネシウムを0.2質量部以下含み、第二の封止膜はエチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体100質量部に対して水酸化マグネシウムを0.01質量部以上含むことを特徴とする。

1.第一の封止膜の作製
下記に示す配合1で各材料をロールミルに供給して70℃で混練し、得られた組成物を70℃でカレンダ成形し、放冷することにより、第一の封止膜(厚さ1.0mm)を得た。
EVA(EVA100質量部に対する酢酸ビニルの含有量26質量部)100質量部

架橋剤(2,5-ジメチル-2,5-ビス(2-エチルヘキサノイルパーオキシ)ヘキサン)1.0質量部

シランカップリング剤(γ-メタクリロキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン)0.3質量部
2.第二の封止膜の作製
下記に示す配合2で各材料をロールミルに供給して70℃で混練し、得られた組成物を70℃でカレンダ成形し、放冷することにより、第二の封止膜(厚さ1.0mm)を得た。

着色剤(酸化チタン、平均粒子径0.1μm)4.2質量部

架橋助剤(トリアリルイソシアヌレート)2.0質量部
シランカップリング剤(γ-メタクリロキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン)0.15質量部
滑剤(トリイソデシルホスファイト)0.3質量部
なお、Mg(OH)2の含有量の測定は、走査型蛍光X線分析装置(ZSX PrimusII 株式会社リガク製)を用いて行った。
上記で作製した第一の封止膜及び第二の封止膜を用い、ガラス板(厚さ0.3mm)よりなる透光性の受光面側保護材、第一の封止膜、シリコン発電素子からなる太陽電池セル、第二の封止膜、及びフッ化ポリエチレンフィルム(厚さ50μm)よりなる裏面側保護材を、この順で積層した。得られた積層体を、ゴム袋に入れて真空脱気し、100℃の温度で予備圧着した後、さらにオートクレーブに入れ、圧力13×105Pa、温度140℃の条件で30分間、加圧加熱した。
第一の封止膜及び第二の封止膜中に含まれる受酸剤の濃度を表1に示す通りに変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして封止膜を作製し、これを用いて太陽電池を作製した。
上記で作製した各太陽電池に、AM1.5にスペクトル調整したソーラーシミュレータによって、25℃、照射強度1000mW/cm2の擬似太陽光を照射し、太陽電池の開放電圧[V]、1cm2当たりの公称最大出力動作電流[A]、及び公称最大出力動作電圧[V]を測定し、これらの積から公称最大出力A1[W](JIS C8911 1998)を求めた。
Claims (14)
- 間に被封止部材を封止するための一対の封止膜であって、
前記封止膜はエチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体を含み、第一の封止膜はエチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体100質量部に対して水酸化マグネシウムを0.2質量部以下含み、第二の封止膜はエチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体100質量部に対して水酸化マグネシウムを0.01質量部以上含むことを特徴とする一対の封止膜。 - 前記第一の封止膜が、水酸化マグネシウムをエチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体100質量部に対して0.05質量部~0.15質量部含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の一対の封止膜。
- 前記第二の封止膜が、水酸化マグネシウムをエチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体100質量部に対して0.1質量部~0.5質量部含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の一対の封止膜。
- 前記第二の封止膜が着色剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の一対の封止膜。
- 前記第二の封止膜が滑剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の一対の封止膜。
- 前記滑剤がホスファイト系化合物であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の一対の封止膜。
- 前記第一の封止膜の厚さが、前記第二の封止膜の厚さよりも厚いことを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の一対の封止膜。
- 透光性の受光面側保護材と、
エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体を含み、前記受光面側保護材を被覆する第一の封止膜と、 裏面側保護材と、
エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体を含み、前記裏面側保護材を被覆する第二の封止膜と、
前記第一及び第二の封止膜間に配置される太陽電池セルと、を具備し、
前記第一の封止膜は、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体100質量部に対して水酸化マグネシウムを0.2質量部以下含み、
前記第二の封止膜は、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体100質量部に対して水酸化マグネシウムを0.01質量部以上含むことを特徴とする太陽電池。 - 前記第一の封止膜が、水酸化マグネシウムをエチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体100質量部に対して0.05質量部~0.15質量部含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の太陽電池。
- 前記第二の封止膜が、水酸化マグネシウムをエチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体100質量部に対して0.1質量部~0.5質量部含むことを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の太陽電池。
- 前記第二の封止膜が着色剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項8~10のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池。
- 前記第二の封止膜が滑剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項8~11のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池。
- 前記滑剤がホスファイト系化合物であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の太陽電池。
- 前記第一の封止膜の厚さが、前記第二の封止膜の厚さよりも厚いことを特徴とする請求項8~13のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池。
