- Method of manufacturing the vertical curtain of the present invention is a weaving step (ST100) of weaving two layers of awning cloth and one layer of transparent fabric as shown in Figures 1 to 11, the woven layer of transparent fabric and two layers It consists of a heat fusion step (ST200) of fusion awning cloth of the cutting step of cutting the awning cloth (ST300). Therefore, according to the manufacturing method of the vertical curtain of the present invention in order to form a wing-shaped sunshade 200 to block the sunlight on one surface of the transparent fabric 100 having good transmittance of sunlight at equal intervals, not the sewing method, but heat-sealed Products are produced through weaving with fibers and heat fusion and cutting.
- the weaving step (ST100) is a continuous weaving of one layer of transparent fabric 100 and two layers of awning cloth 200 at the same time, respectively, the two-layer awning cloth 200 is heat-sealed at a predetermined interval at equal intervals Using a fiber to form a finish band portion woven 220 to be united with each other, the one layer of transparent cloth 100 using the heat-sealed fibers in a predetermined section to reach the end of the finish band portion 220 using the finish band portion A fixing band 120 is formed to be woven so as to be integral with each other. That is, as shown in FIG.
- the one-layer transparent cloth 100 and the two-layer sunshade cloth 200 are continuously woven from above and below, respectively, through one loom, and at the same time, heat-sealed at regular intervals.
- the heat-sealed fibers are melted under a certain temperature is used polyethylene / propylene yarn or LM yarn fused to each other.
- the shade fabric 200 As another embodiment of the weaving step (ST100) while forming the gap between the finishing band portion 220 of the shade fabric 200 wider than the gap between the fixing band portion 120 of the transparent fabric 100, the shade fabric 200 Each of the finishing strips 220 of) to weave the fixing strips 120 of the transparent fabric 100 to be integral with each other.
- the width of the awning cloth 200 is wider than that of the transparent cloth 100 so that the awning cloth 200 is opened in a state where the transparent cloth 100 is unfolded.
- the cut end overlaps a predetermined width with the neighboring shading cloth 200 as shown in FIGS. 6 to 9. That is, as shown in FIG. 7, a spacing between neighboring shading cloths 200 is a and the width of the folding or unfolding shading cloths 200 is b, so that a ⁇ b becomes the shading cloths 200.
- folding the gap between the awning cloth 200 is prevented from occurring.
- the chayangcheon (200) forms a heat-sealed fiber section 220 for each predetermined section while weaving a pattern or color using a jacquard loom, each chayangcheon (200) as shown in FIG.
- Different patterns or colors are formed on the front and the rear of the panel so that different patterns or colors are expressed according to the folding direction of the awning cloth 200. In this case, when the pattern or color is formed, a pattern or color of one width that is generally matched according to the folding direction of the awning cloth is formed to be expressed differently.
- the heat fusion step (ST200) is the heat-sealed fiber woven each while passing the woven transparent layer of one layer 100 and the two-layer shade fabric 200 inside the chamber 10 is maintained a constant temperature Closing the strap portion 220 and the fixing portion 120 is fused. At this time, the temperature inside the chamber 10 is maintained at 230 ⁇ 250 °C to be fused to each other while the polyethylene / propylene yarn or L-M company as the heat-sealing fibers. That is, while the transparent cloth 100 and the sun-shade cloth 200 is passed through the chamber 10, the fusion is performed by using the property that the heat-sealed fiber is melted faster than other fibers.
- the cutting step (ST300) is a cut-off band 220 made of each of the awning cloth (200) by cutting the awning cloth (200) integrally fused with the transparent cloth (100) on the basis of the fixed band portion 120 Let it fold or unfold.
- the end portion of the cut awning cloth 200 is fused by the finishing band 220.
- a knife or a cutter as a means for cutting the finish strip portion 220 of the awning cloth 200, after inserting a separate boundary plate between the awning cloth 200 and the transparent cloth 100 Shooting a high frequency or laser beam to the finishing band portion 220 is placed on the cutting to be made.
- the finishing step (ST400) is made in the state of putting the inner material 300, such as a thin reinforcement plate or reinforcement or weight in the interior of the cut each shade 100, as shown in Figure 10 and 11 Sewing both ends.
- the reinforcement is used as the inner material 300
- the reinforcement 300 is coupled to the bag in a state in which a pocket is partitioned through sewing along the distal end of each of the sunshade cloths 200 that are cut.
- the inner material 300 is formed of a plastic material or a coated metal material to prevent sagging or sagging while the awning cloth 200 is well folded and unfolded.
- the vertical curtain of the present invention manufactured by the manufacturing method as described above is formed on the one side of the transparent cloth 100 having a good transmittance of sunlight to form a sunshade cloth 200 to block the sunlight at the same interval, the chayangcheon (200) is fused in a state in which both edges are integrally woven by the heat-sealed fiber in a state facing the two ply, one side edge of each shade fabric 200 by the heat-sealed fiber on the transparent cloth (100) It is fused in an integrally woven state and is formed to fold or unfold a plurality of shade fabrics 200 at equal intervals from the transparent fabric 100.
- the width of the awning cloth 200 is formed to be wider than the interval between the neighboring awning cloth 200 so that the end portion of the awning cloth 200 in a folded state overlaps a predetermined width with the neighboring awning cloth 200.
- the width or pattern of the width of each awning cloth (200) is expressed differently according to the folding direction of the awning cloth (200). .
- the connecting strap 400 is fixed to the front end of each shade cloth 200 so that the length does not change even if the neighboring shade cloth 200 is folded or unfolded, as shown in FIG.
- the tow line 500 for lifting through the long hole 240, the lowest awning cloth 200 ). Therefore, pulling up the string 500, while lifting the lower awning cloth 200 is to lift all of the other awning cloth 200 formed thereon.
- the sections are thermally fused and cut to make vertical curtains.
- the section for integral weaving using heat-sealing fibers is constant.
- the width of the shade fabric 200 is formed to be wider than the width of the transparent cloth 100, the shading function is further improved when the vertical curtain folded while providing a vertical curtain of a uniform shape, both By inserting a weight or reinforcement to prevent sagging inside the awning cloth 200 formed in layers, the function of dimming or shading is further improved when the vertical curtain is folded or unfolded, By being exposed to the whole pattern or the color depends on the direction of cars folding Yangcheon 200 to the top and bottom or left and right to close, elegant feeling is further improved.
- the sections are thermally fused and cut to produce vertical curtains, thereby working through a substantial amount of automation.
